Pleasantly surprised. Was a bit apprehensive at first purchasing from China shipping to U.S. The order was exactly as described and items were processed, shipped, and received extremely fast.   • I have a bull bar I'd like to attach this to? Will the mounts move or are they stationary? I'm worried they aren't in the right spot for my mounting holes
