Are these lights rated to be mounted outside of the vehicle? I am looking for cube lights that do this as well that I can mount to my windshield bracket on my jeep. I would like to have them strobe blue with the option of making them solid white for off-roading. I'd consider a 2 or 4 pack of lights. Thanks for any advice.
