Delivery and Tariff

Most U.S. orders may have about a $20 import duty. This is not shipping or any seller fee — it’s your local customs duty collected by the courier upon delivery.

Shipping at a Glance

  • Free worldwide shipping on all products.

  • Processing time

    • In stock: ships within 24–48 hours after payment.

    • Out of stock / made-to-order: 3–5 business days to build & test, then ship.

  • Carriers & transit: FedEx / DHL / UPS. Typical transit 5–7 business days.

    • Peak season (Black Friday → Christmas): processing 5–7 business days; transit 7–10 business days.

Order & Tracking

  • Once your parcel is picked up, we’ll email you a tracking number.

  • Need an update? Email your Order ID to support@vividlightbars.com.

Address Requirements

  • No P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address and a valid phone number.

Duties & Taxes

  • About US$20 in import duty will be collected when you sign for your package. The carrier collects this on behalf of your local customs department.

  • Depending on your country’s policy, additional duties/taxes may apply. These are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

  • After dispatch, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns for international shipments (return shipping can exceed product value).

  • If you insist on a return, the buyer covers return shipping.

  • If your item arrives damaged/defective/wrong, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
