Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days total

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

• United States orders are fulfilled through our partnered U.S. warehouse.
• International orders are shipped from our main fulfillment center in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

United States Shipping

To provide fast and reliable delivery, U.S. orders are consolidated and transported in bulk to our partnered U.S. fulfillment center. Once received and processed by the warehouse, packages are shipped via FedEx 2-Day, UPS, depending on location.

Important Notice for U.S. Customers

• Tracking numbers are typically updated within 3–5 business days after purchase.
• During this initial processing period, tracking information may not immediately display updates.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in China using reliable express carriers.

Customs & Import Duties
United States

We cover all customs duties and import taxes for U.S. orders.
Customers will not be charged any additional duty fees upon delivery.

Other Countries

International orders outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on local regulations.
These fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
