Order Processing  
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.  
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations  
• United States orders are shipped from our U.S. partner fulfillment warehouses.  
• International orders are shipped from our main fulfillment center in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

Shipping Methods  
• United States: USPS, UPS, FedEx  
• Canada: Canada Post or Express Couriers  
• Australia & Europe: Standard International Shipping  
• Other regions: International Registered Shipping

Estimated Delivery Time  
United States: 3–7 business days (U.S. warehouse fulfillment)  
Canada: 7–15 business days  
Australia: 8–15 business days  
Europe: 8–20 business days  
Other regions: 10–25 business days

Tracking  
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.  
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties  
United States:  
We cover all customs duties and import taxes for U.S. orders.  
Customers will not be charged any additional duty fees upon delivery.

Other Countries:  
International orders outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on local regulations.  
These fees are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
