Warranty Policy

At Vivid Light Bars, we stand behind the quality of our LED products.
Due to the different nature and usage conditions of each product type, warranty periods may vary by product.

Warranty Period

  • Car Logo Lights (LED Emblems / LED Badge Lights): 6-Month Limited Warranty

  • All Other Off-road Lights, Emergency Strobe Light Bar, LED Lighting Products: 2-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • LED malfunction under normal use

  • Wiring or connector issues caused by manufacturing faults

Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation

  • Vehicle electrical issues (voltage surge, short circuit, etc.)

  • Water damage due to improper sealing or improper installation

  • Physical damage, collision impact, or abuse

  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations

  • Normal wear and tear

How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please email support@vividlightbars.com with:

  • Order number

  • Product photos or installation photos

  • Clear description of the issue

Our support team will respond within 12–24 hours and provide the next steps for repair or replacement.
