At Vividlightbars, we specialize in premium automotive lighting products designed for specific vehicle models. Due to the nature of our products and operational costs, we have implemented the following strict but fair refund and return policy.

Please read carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • A 5%–10% processing & transaction fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing and operational costs.

  • After 12 hours, orders cannot be canceled, as processing, preparation, or fulfillment may have already begun.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays are subject to the same cancellation window.


2. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do NOT accept refunds or cancellations for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • No longer needed

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Found a better price elsewhere

  • Decided not to install after purchase

Please ensure you fully understand the product details, compatibility, and installation requirements before placing an order.


3. Returns & Refunds – Accepted Cases Only

We only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

✅ Defective or Damaged Items

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

✅ Incorrect Item Received

  • You received an item different from what was ordered.

In approved cases:

  • Replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

  • The original item must be returned if requested.


4. Compatibility Responsibility

Our products are vehicle-specific.

  • Compatibility information is clearly stated on each product page.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm vehicle model, year, trim, and compatibility before ordering.

  • Incorrect orders due to compatibility misunderstandings are not eligible for refunds.


5. High-Value Orders (Over $300)

For orders over $300, we reserve the right to:

  • Verify customer information

  • Request order confirmation via email

  • Decline cancellation requests once processing has begun

These measures help protect both customers and our business from fraud and abuse.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Installed or used products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products returned without prior authorization

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent order cancellation

  • Customer account restrictions

  • Submission of evidence to the payment processor, including this refund policy and order confirmation records
