We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns  
• The item must be unused and in original condition  
• Original packaging must be included  
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items  
• Items damaged due to incorrect installation  
• Customized or modified products  
• Clearance or final-sale items

Return Process  
1. Contact us at support@vividlightbars.com with your order number.  
2. Our support team will provide an RMA number and return instructions.  
3. Ship the item back to the return address provided.  
4. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 3–7 business days.

Refunds  
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

Exchanges  
If you received a defective or incompatible product, contact us for an exchange.

Shipping Fees  
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect.
