At Vividlightbars, we specialize in premium automotive lighting products designed specifically for certain vehicle models. Because our products are model-specific and require careful handling, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Please review the policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

A small processing and transaction fee of 5%–10% will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

After 12 hours, orders may have already entered processing or fulfillment, and cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

  1. Returns (Unused Items Only)

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and uninstalled
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The return must be authorized by our support team before shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  1. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind
• Ordered by mistake
• Found a better price elsewhere
• Decided not to install after purchase
• Product has been installed or used

Because installation may permanently alter the product, installed items cannot be resold and therefore are not eligible for return.

  1. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After verification, we will provide either:

• A replacement product, or
• A refund, depending on the situation.

  1. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or refund.

  1. Vehicle Compatibility

Our products are designed for specific vehicle models and years.

Compatibility details are clearly listed on each product page. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before placing an order.

Orders placed for the wrong vehicle model are not eligible for return once the product has been shipped.

  1. High-Value Orders (Over $300)

For orders exceeding $300, we may take additional verification steps to prevent fraud, including confirming order details via email.

  1. Unauthorized Returns

Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
