*We would replace a new light for free if your lights can't work within three months at the first time, but if the lights you bought is over three months, we will charge the buyers the freight and then send you a free replacement.
The products are fine, but i change my mind
Without any quality-related issues on the products, before your order is shipped, if you want to cancle your order and get a refund, pls contact us as soon as possible, then we will cancle the order and give you a refund. But once the order was shipped, we don't accept any return/refund . For details please contact our Customer Service.
Products with quality problems
We guarantee that all of our products are brand new and come with high quality, and we test them before they are shipped to make sure there are no problems with all of products. If a defect atises, please contact our Customer Service and we will send you a replacement for free if your order within three months, but if your order over three months, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Part of my order is missing, how can i get a new ones?
If you believe that an item is missing from your order, please send us clear pictures of your order contents, the packing slip, and the packaging it arrived in. We will work together with you to help make sure you receive the correct/missing parts right away. Any missing or damaged-in-transit parts must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Beyond that, we will not be responsible for such parts or any associated costs to deliver them.
When can get my money back?
After asked for a refund, we will look into the condition and when we confirm it, we will refund the money within 2 to 3 days.
