All of our led lights come with 1 year warranty ( But the INFINITI Front emblem light comes with 6 month warranty）：
Attention : Due to it is international transportation, once the orders are shipped out, we don't accept any return and refund.But *we would replace a new light for free if your lights can't work within three months at the first time, but if the lights you bought is over three months, we will charge the buyers the freight (except those who bought 1 year insurance ) and then send you a free replacement.
Please cooperate with us kindly to avoid the secondary compensation, cause we will charge buyers the freight or we will suggest buyers to get a new one with a reasonable discount if buyers ask for a secondary compensation.
If the lights you bought have been stopped product, we will send you other products with the same price or we will offer you a great discount to get a new one.
About compensate for a new led light procedures
1) First, we usually need customers send some clear pictures or videos to show where the problem is. If there are partial leds can't work, obviously, the light bar is defective. We will surely compensate a new led light for you. If all leds can't work, we usually will ask customers to replace a new wire harness, or connect the light to battery directly to make sure if the problem is on the light or on the wire harness, then we will compensate you the product that you really need.
2) Another case, if your lights have some moisture inside, we will suggest you to light up and dry them for a few hours, cause it is a normal physical phenomenon; If the lights don't work with moisture inside, send us pictures or videos, we will compensate for you.
*You could get some free parts replacement if they are damaged non-artificial beyond three months and the freight will charged by buyers
*We promise that all lights are waterproof and tested well by us before they are shipped out in order to ensure our quality. So please don't concern about the lights quality.

After sales Service Guidelines:
1.Tell us your order number and main problems, send the clear video and pictures which show the problems, we also need to know how you control it.
2.We will confirm what is the problem of item from the video, and tell you how to solve it.
3.If we confirm it's the quality problem, we will resend the new light to you.
