Yes, it is regular light bar add extra RGBW halo, it has any color you want, you can change color by color wheel, you can also use as regular plain white light bar

Does this light bar come with a remote or do you have to use the app ?

Hello, thanks for your inquiry. This is single white color main LED with halo light bar. The main LED stay steady solid white, RGB halo will be controlled by Bluetooth APP named Magic Light. This light bar and halo are not controlled by the remote control.
