تضمن أشرطة الإضاءة الزاهية استبدال إضاءة جديدة وخالية من الشحن لمدة عامين من الشهر الثالث للشراء، وفقًا للشروط التالية:
- في حالة وجود أي مشكلة في جودة المنتجات عند استلامها لأول مرة أو استخدامها لفترة من الوقت، يرجى الاتصال بقسم ما بعد البيع لدينا مع الصور / مقاطع الفيديو لتقديم طلب استبدال؛
- الأضواء التي اشتريتها من الإنتاج أو قمت بترقيتها، سنرسل إليك بضائع أخرى بنفس السعر أو المنتج المُحدث؛
- إذا تم التعويض خلال عامين، فسوف تحصل على المنتج الجديد بالكامل دون أي تكلفة؛
- يتم التعويض في السنة الثانية، ويزيد قسط التجديد في السنة الثالثة بنسبة معينة.

تنبيه : ستظل متمتعًا بضمان لمدة عامين حتى لو لم تشترك في التأمين. ولكن عليك دفع رسوم الشحن عند تجاوز طلبك ثلاثة أشهر. يُرجى الاطلاع على مزيد من المعلومات حول سياسة الضمان لدينا.
اقتراح : نظرًا لارتفاع رسوم الشحن، ننصحك بشراء تأمين لمدة عامين على المصابيح. في حال وجود أي مشكلة في جودة المصابيح، حتى لو تجاوزت مدة طلبك 6 أشهر، يمكننا إرسال مصباح جديد إليك مع الشحن المجاني.
* ملحوظة: ستكون عملية الوقت بعد البيع أسهل وأسرع في ظل التأمين.

Looks great, nice product!
Failing customer service Give me 2 year insurance but have failed to get my lights working properly to begin with. Refuse to refund or send replacements. Just keep sending me instructions in emails that do not make my lights work.
Very nice product. I like it.
I’m having instal issues … unit protrudes out front of grill more than normal and estimates to install are over $500 … I need to return unit for a refund and get insurance credit …

How long will they last this time Well…what can I say these are my second set and we’ll see how long they will last first set lasted just shy six months they started to act up by each section of light not working and others staying on without strobe glad I had option for insurance
Awesome Lights Lights were much more impressive than I expected. Very Bright..! Insurance coverage means alot.
Very poor customer service and non working lights I spend over $700 with them and my light broke and all now these people don't answer my email or send me a new one and I have insurance . The light burst into fire and smoke

Great value for the money. Itג€™s in the spaces where other types of lights would not go. Iג€™ve been complemented on houseleek it looks and how visible it is several times already.
Purchased the insurance, however I hope we never have to use it.

Don't usually get insurance but was fairly inexpensive.
Haven't had to use but glad its there.
