Can I program my own display to show what I want or does it only display what has been pre-programmed to it? Would also like a quote for 3 standard size window displays with a P20 resolution

yes, you can display any photo or video you want , but it require Matching resolution， or you can not see the video , P20 is lowest resolution , you have to buy more diplay to show the content you want see
